Glass House Mastering

Approach

Listening first. Then precision.

Mastering is the last creative decision a record goes through. The work here begins with understanding what the music is trying to do — its scale, its texture, its intent — before any processing is considered.

Every adjustment is made in service of translation: so the record holds its character on headphones, in cars, on club systems and on vinyl. Restraint is a technique, not an absence of one.

Communication is direct and documented. You will know what was changed, why, and what each delivered file is for.
